IMO if someone wants to gamble whether they're on gamstop or not they'll find a way to do it, as we see with the monthly "I've deposited at a Curaçao casino and can't withdraw" threads. Or going into a bookies/live casino. I know when I was on gamstop there were numerous ways I could gamble online if I so wished.
