Personally I don't doubt it might be possible to make a deposit using a card whose name doesn't match the account, though if you're married and have the same surnames any check is going to let your payment go through anyway. But doing so is a clear breach of the casino's terms. What I don't understand is why this guy is latching on to that condition as if it proves he's owed a refund; all it means is any winnings would have been voided the second they requested a withdrawal and triggered verification. The only way he's even maybe going to get a refund is by alleging fraud, i.e. telling the police his wife did it without his knowledge. If he does that, either she will be charged or she denies it and grasses him for committing fraud by falsely claiming fraud for transactions he authorised.
