How can your SEO specialist and content writer know nothing about Gamstop yet can write a full article explaining how to circumvent it?

Also your content writer is employed by you and directed by you for the content required, this excuse does not wash with me, but it was your only way out.

Ok yes on the face of it for those who dont understand or have no experience with digital marketing this seems wierd. How can a content writer go on to write something they dont know about?? Well guess what, this is exactly what content writers do. They get given the subject and someone shown other web pages with the information on. They then go an re write the content so its not copying exactly what another website has written. They are not specialists on the subject matter. Some content writers will be specialists in certain niches, others will be able to write about anything. Again, as mentioned in the other post. Just because we fully understand the morality and ethics about gamstop and rouge casinos, doesnt mean a content writer with no gambling experience will know the same.

Do you not think it sounds very contradictory. On one hand he says we accept full accountability yet on the other the blame is put on someone else. Sounds more like passing the buck if you ask me.

We do take full responcibility as its our site, the blame wasnt passed on. It was an explanation of how the page came up and what we did when we found out about it. It was to explain we didnt act with any intent or malice with a pre determined tactic to target problem gamblers.

So you can 100% guarantee from this point going forward you will never represent a rogue casino again presumably, and that you will proof read anything before it goes on your site?

How about doing what I said and making a donation to a Gambling Charity that helps people, as after all we will never know the amount of people who used your site to circumnavigate Gamstop, and wake up in turmoil not knowing what to do.

2 different points at hand. promoting a 'rogue' casino and proof reading the site is different to a blatent strategy or trying to target problem gamblers. The 2 topics and points are not the same at all.

and yes happy to donate to gambling related charities if you want to suggest some.

I would go further than that and suggest every penny earned from this unethical behaviour should be given to a charity as you mention.

I think this would for me put a full stop at the end of it, if you were to donate all money you "earned" from the Casinos that were signed up to through your site, that don't adhere to the Gamstop, Gamban sites.

@Jok3st3r said and I agree people always need a second chance, and I presume you will watch like a hawk what goes into your site from now on, as if we are in the same situation in a few months you must surely agree there can be absolutely no excuse in the World?

Thanks for coming on here and answering questions in a Adult like way, enjoy your holiday, and I will see what Charities there are that you could possibly donate to.

Adam.

Rest assured i certainly won't be one them who come on here saying I've done my balls in on the back of what they've read on your site or on here. If anything it makes me more determined than ever not to be lured back into online slots but don't be surprised if at some point someone on gamstop does say they have lost on one of these sites. I hope that doesn't happen.

Couldn't agree more @Mining might

They have 78 casinos listed. I dont believe they are affiliates to all these but I cant imagine they would have links on their site without receiving something ?

All the big names are on their list, do they even know, I wonder? @JackSparks

Our brands will be removed from the site today.

I'm not defending @FruitySlots, nor am i watching them anymore ( since the mods were horrible at the beginning of the channel ), but i find it good that they deleted it and are here to answer the questions that y'all have about the situation instead of them running away from it.

Once someone/a channel has a bad name, everything is done on purpose.

What if they didn't know about it for real ? Or it just skipped by them ?

It was a horrible thing , yes , but the last thing i expected is them/him being on here to answer every question.

But thats the thing i have with forum's , at a certain point people can not think for themselfs anymore and they just repeat what the people in front of him or her said.

@JackSparks does that mean they have broken there terms and will no longer get any money from this point on from your site(s) or will they continue to receive money from there previous sign ups?

This is not something that we are willing to discuss. I always find these type of threads very uncomfortable reading when they turn into witch hunts. All we will state is that we have asked for our brands to be removed as regardless of the intent/knowledge of the page in question, it's not something we want to be associated with.

I agree, the last thing we want is a witch hunt, but this is such a hugely sensitive subject it is always going to attract so much attention.

@FruitySlots so to clarify (and I don't know the answer but someone like @MrUKHackz will) are ALL of the Casinos you advertise on your site and there are well over 70 signed up to Gamstop etc?

So it would be impossible for anyone who has taken out preventive measures to protect themselves from gambling to deposit on them?

Mate theres 80 odd casinos there and it's not my job to check, what I can tell you is the casino on there landing page and also funnily enough the casino rated number 1 out of 80 is the worst offender out of every casino online, so I really don't see what's been achieved here, Chipmonk removed them instantly when he was told yet I still see them on @FruitySlots site.

We hadnt had any back experiece with them or heard any negativity towards them untill this thread. but since they are not on gamstop and the surrounding issues that have arose we will remove them today as i mentioned earlier we would take action. it was the weekend when this all occured but we have asked our webmaster to remove them today so its getting done.

I guess your webmaster is going to be earning there money today, as surely ALL of the Casinos that are on your site need checking out to see if they comply with the regulations that help problem gamblers, because I'm hazarding a guess if your number 1 Casino is not very good there is a real chance that the other 70 odd there will be a few more.
