Would really appreciate it if you could up vote this status so the big man can see this himself as I feel he has all the know how to deal with problems but any help would be massively appreciated. Admin @MrUKHackz reported last week that certain unlicensed providers were using stolen software, this company is one of them. Licensed in Curacao they are actually based in the Ukraine. You will notice they have slots such as Paddy Power and Mr Green, this is the first and only warning sign that something is amiss. You will never see a penny my friend, their sole purpose is to steal people’s money. You could contact your bank citing fraud but I think there would be little chance in tracing them. Having said that send as much documentation as you can and ask there live chat what do they need to ensure you get your withdrawal. What happens, they reject and reverse the withdrawal, you send docs in and then try again ? Like people have said, sadly you probably have to accept it’s not likely to happen but try live chat and find out exactly what is wrong with your documents - also was the deposit debit or credit card ? Yeah sounds like others have said just giving you the run around - you might have been able to have some luck with credit card company getting deposits back but not likely, and give it was debit nothing more can be done. Sincerely doubt it to be honest, as he can’t prove fraud - he deposited it and was able to play with the funds. The money went were he authorised it to go for the purpose he did. The bank won’t want to get involved.
