swingtop
Hi everyone. Looking for some advice. Is there anything that can be done about a bookie letting someone reverse withdraw 150k? No phone or email etc. The full amount was lost! Asking for a friend! Thanks.

Nicola
Nothing at all. Responsible gambling tools are offered at all sites such as loss limits (set to 1 GBP for 7 days) or take a break (48 hours, 7 days) that way there is ZERO risk to your winnings.
david1111
I'm intrigued as to why you think there would be any recourse. We don't agree with reverse withdrawals, but they exist so as Nicola says the tools are there to stop it happening.
Winningbird
It wasn't their fault so no :(. In the past when I've asked casinos to either fast track my withdrawals, they've said to time my self out from the casino for a few days. Sorry to your friend, but hopefully a lesson learned
