Overview Of BigBot Crew
BigBot Crew is a brand new release from Quickspin, it has a similar mechanic to Sakuras Fortune from the same provider but with a new twist coupled with a completely new theme. The slot is based around a gang of technologically gifted friends called Matsuo, Danielle and Joaquin who between them have created the BigBot, an all purpose humanoid who’s sole purpose is to help you unlock big wins, with that said let’s dive in and see if he does what he’s supposed to do!
Slot Description
BigBot Crew has a 5 reel by 4 row setup and plays on a fixed 40 payline’s, during the basegame the big bot symbol can land on any of the 3 middle reels and can nudge up or down to fill the reel, they won’t every time but if you get at least 2 and they nudge you also get 2 re-spins. Now you might be thinking this is exactly the same as Sakuras Fortune but it differs slightly, when the re-spins take place the BigBot’s fly off the screen and can land on any of the 5 reels rather than stay locked like Sakuras, this can of course be good if they land kindly but it can also mean they fly off and land on the end 2 reels which leaves the option for no connecting win which is rather frustrating. Of course it also means they can land perfectly and give you a full screen, it certainly adds a bit more anticipation and excitement to each re-spin.
The freespin feature in BigBot Crew is triggered by landing 3 bonus scatters, the scatter’s are only present on the middle 3 reel’s and you cannot trigger the freespin’s with 2 scatters and a wild like you can in Sakura. Once you trigger the feature you will be awarded 8 freespin’s and during these freespin’s every BigBot that lands is guarenteed to nudge, you also get an extra spin for each BigBot giving the potential for 13 freespin’s. Hypothetically you could land a BigBot on each reel in the first spin and you would have 13 spins of full screen wild giving a total win of 5200x
BigBot Crew Paytable
The paytable in BigBot Crew is dynamic and adjust in real time as you change your bet, the images below are based an a €1 spin to keep it straight forward. Starting with the lowest symbols we have the blue and green discs that pay just 1x for a full way and the bronze and gold cogs that pay 1.25x, all symbols are stacked in this game so its very rare that you will land just a single line and more than possible to get full screens of any symbol, especially with the wild reels.
The premium symbols pay 2x for either of the small robots, 3x for the purple guy who I’m going to guess is called Joaquin, the yellow girl Danielle pays 5x and the leader Matsuo in red pays 7.5x for a full line, these symbols are also stacked so it’s quite easy to get 50x plus wins which keep you ticking over while you play for the feature.
The BigBot is the top symbol and pay’s 10x for a 5 of a kind and 400x for a full screen during the feature.
Final Thoughts On BigBot Crew
BigBot Crew has an RTP of 96.51% and Id put it in the medium variance category, the maximum win is up there with some higher variance slots but you’re mostly going to be seeing wins in the 100’s of times your stake rather than the thousands. The graphics and sounds are excellent and Quickspin have definitely come along way since there earlier releases, it’s certainly a game I think I’d play in the future if I was wagering a bonus, if you fancy a go there’s a link below and make sure you share your wins with us on the forum.
