Overview Of Wild Swarm
Wild Swarm is the latest slot from Push Gaming and today we’re making a beeline towards it which I’m buzzing about, will it pay lots of honey, I mean money or will it get the wax, sorry I mean axe, thats enough clichés now, I’ll try to bee-have! Lets get straight into it
Slot Description
Wild Swarm is a 4 by 5 reel slot with 20 fixed paylines and 3 main features. The first feature we’ll look at is the freespins, this is won by landing the 3 scatters anywhere on the reels, you get 7 freespins for 3 scatters and I got 10 freespins for 4 scatters, theres no mention of how many you get in the rules or paytable so the award for 5 scatters will remain a mystery for the time being!
During the freespins any bee’s that land are sticky for the duration of the spins and serve as wilds, during the freespins you can retrigger 3,4 or 5 spins from the pick feature which we’ll look at next.
The pick feature can land during the base game and during the freespin rounds, it contains coin wins which I seen go up to 250x your stake, various amounts of freespins and during the feature it can contain wild enhancers. The wild enhancers are a sticky wild reel or a wild that shifts to the left once, this gives the game the potential to have a full screen of sticky wilds which is always a good selling point!
Last but not least is the feature all players will be after, the swarm mode! During a base game spin bee’s can land on any reel position and fly off into the hive where they are counted and collected, they leave a wild behind in there space and any wins are awarded. The bee’s count up in 5 levels, I only got to level 3 where I needed 40 bee’s to get to level 4, the first level was 5 bee’s and the second level was 20 bee’s, I don’t know how many level 4 and 5 require but I should imagine it’s alot! Once you fill the hive up completely it can break open at any time after and award the main feature which is the swarm mode, but what is the swarm mode!?
The swarm mode is essentially just 10 freespins but before they start, the hive swarms above the reels and sticky wilds are added before you even use your 1st spin, there is no mention in the rules or paytable about how many you can get and if theres a minimum or maximum you start with but considering how long it must take to get this feature I’m presuming it can be epic!
Wild Swarm Paytable
The paytable is dynamic and the below is based on £/€1 per spin, the non premium symbols pay very little and at the other end of the table we have the queen bee that pays 15x for a full line and the honey dollar sign that pay’s 30x for 5 of a kind. The top symbol is the most relevant for the review as this is the amount you will win per wild line during the freespins, it’s also stacked during the base game and freespin rounds. A full screen of this symbol would pay 600x your stake and I think there will be plenty of wins from this game around the 1000x mark.
Final Thoughts On Wild Swarm
Wild Swarm has an RTP of 97.03% and I’d class the variance as medium high. The sounds and graphics are really nice and the game played really smooth, I can see Push Gaming becoming a major player in the industry if they keep up this sort of standard and its definitely a game Id play in the future. Thanks for reading and theres a link below if you fancy trying your luck, for now I’ll buzz off!
