Overview Of Deadly 5
Head back to the American frontier and prepare to face the Deadly 5!
Chase down the most fearsome cowboys in the wild west, each one has a big price on their head. Helping the Sheriff track down the vigilantes will ensure you return with a huge bounty.
These sharp shooters are the best in the wild west, you’ll need all your wits about you to bring down the Deadly 5!
Deadly 5 is a 5 reel, 4 row slot with 20 fixed paylines and has a couple of simple but neat features which we’ll get straight into!
During the base game, when 3 or more Scatters land anywhere the Sheriffs bonus feature is triggered. 3 Scatters awards 10 Free Spins, 4 awards 15 and the maximum of 5 Scatters award 20 Free Spins. You are also awarded 3x, 10x or 50x stake respectively before the feature starts.
Upon entering the feature the Sheriff Wild Symbol is sticky for the duration of the bonus on reel 5 where it covers all 4 rows and substitutes for all paying symbols.
During the Sheriff’s Bonus Feature the 4 high paying symbols act as expanding wild symbols. Above each reel are wanted posters for each of the 4 high paying symbols, by landing the respective symbol on the matching reel the symbol will expand to cover all 4 rows and act as a wild symbol. These are not sticky and only become wild for the spin they land on.
The 4 different cowboys/girls are El Fuego, Irene ‘Bullseye’, Eliza ‘Ryder’ and Billy The Bull as depicted below.
During my test play I had 3, 4 and 5 scatter bonuses land and the best returned 150x stake and the worst return was 7x stake, for countries where bonus buys are legal there is 1 option to buy a bonus for 80x stake which can land 3, 4 or 5 scatters randomly.
Deadly 5 Paytable
The paytable in Deadly 5 is dynamic and changes with your stake, the below is set to £1 per spin. We start with the Horseshoes and Cowboy Boots that pay 4x for a full line, the Hip Flask and the Pistol pay 5x respectively.
Moving on to the premium symbols we have Billy The Bull paying a decent 37.50x stake for a full line, Eliza pays more at 50x, Irene pays 62.50x and El Fuego pays a very respectable 75x stake for a full line.
Another nice touch in Deadly 5 is that a full line of wilds doesn’t just pay 75x for the top symbol, it has its own award of a massive 250x per line! Should you be fortunate enough to land all 4 additional cowboys in the feature you would instantly be awarded the top prize of 5,000x stake and the feature would end in a single spin!
Final Thoughts On Deadly 5
Deadly 5 has an RTP of 96.39%, the volatility is rated medium and the maximum win is 5,000x stake.
The graphics and sound fx are typical Push Gaming and very well put together and both compliment the simple mechanics of the game well. For those looking for a lower volatility game than all the crazy high variance we have become accustomed too this could be the game for you!
