Overview Of Little Bighorn

History. Identity. Freedom. The legendary battle of Little Bighorn proved to the new world that these three things are worth fighting for ‘till the very end – and that Native American power is not brought down so easily. Sharpen your axes and load up your guns, this epic showdown is about to go down!

Slot Description

Little Bighorn has 5 reels with a 3-4-5-3-2 setup with 360 ways to win and is based on the legendary Battle of Little Bighorn in Montana, USA, the most memorable battle of the Great Sioux War of 1876.

The Scalp Wild can only land on the 5 symbol-high reel in the middle. When landing the Scalp Wild, all American soldiers will be turned into Wild symbols. The Scalp Wild will then nudge and expand over the entire reel. For each nudge, the American soldiers’ heads would be scalped, giving +1 multiplier to the now-turned Wild symbols.

Totem Scatters can only land on reels 2,3, and 4 in the base game and Scalp Free Spins. During Spirit Call Free Spins, Totem Scatters only land on reels 3,4 and 5. Landing one or two Totem Scatters in base game will convert them to expanding Wild(s). Any Totem Scatter that lands in Free Spins will become an expanding Wild and award +1 spin. Landing 3 Totem Scatters in the base game will trigger Scalp Free Spins.

The No Mercy Scatter can only land on the 5th reel. Spirit Call Respin is triggered in base game when it lands in full on that reel. The No Mercy Scatter then moves to the first reel and a re-spin begins. It will then reveal one of the below Wild Chieftains:

  • Sitting Bull – Turns his symbols into expanding Wilds
  • Crazy Horse – Turns his symbols into normal Wilds. For each Crazy Horse
symbol landing on the reels, +1 multiplier is added to all of his symbols.
  • Two Moon – Turns his symbols into normal wilds.

The No Mercy Scatter symbol is counted as 1 symbol size.

3 Totem Scatters will trigger 8 Scalp Free Spins. Scalp Wilds (xMount) will increase the sticky win multiplier by 1 for each scalped symbol, applicable for remaining spins. Landing a Totem Scatter will convert itself to an expanding Wild and award +1 spin.
Landing another No Mercy Scatter activates Spirit Call Free Spins and awards +2 spins.

3 Totem Scatters and a No Mercy Scatter will trigger 10 Spirit Call Free Spins.
In addition to the Scalp Free Spin features, The No Mercy Scatter will stick on the first reel. For every spin, it will transform into one of the Wild Chieftains – Sitting Bull, Crazy Horse and Two Moon.

At a cost of an extra 50%, the player is guaranteed a Totem Scatter on the second reel, increasing the chance to trigger Free Spins substantially.

Little Bighorn Paytable

The paytable in Little Bighorn is dynamic and changes with your stake so it’s nice and easy to interpret. Starting with the low paying symbols we have the Knife, Revolver and Ball Club paying 1x stake per way, the Revolver and Tomahawk pay a little more at 1.25x

Now moving on to the premium symbols we have Two Moon paying 1.50x stake, Myles Keogh pays 2x stake, Crazy Horse pays 2.50x, the legendary Colonel Custer pays 3x stake and the top symbol of Sitting Bull and the Wild Symbol both pay 3.75x stake respectively.

Final Thoughts On Little Bighorn

Little Bighorn has an RTP of 96.06%, the Volatility is rated Extreme and the maximum win is 25,676x stake.

The graphics and soundtrack in Little Bighorn are typical Nolimit City high quality and the theme is very intriguing being based on a real life event. The first thing I noticed during my test play is that the game didn’t feel as brutal as some of Nolimit’s other offerings in the way that the base game played and I think this will be a hit for players that aren’t able to purchase the bonuses.

To sum the game I up I think it’s a nice simple release with a great subject matter and I will certainly be playing it myself on it’s release on the 11/10/2022.

As always thanks for reading and remember, “It is not necessary for eagles to be crows.” – Sitting Bull
