Overview Of Break Bones

Sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me! Today we’re going to take a look at Hacksaw Gaming’s latest release Break Bones, with it’s 90’s rave feel and simple setup it looks sure to cause a fracture or two!

Slot Description

Break Bones is a 3 reel, 3 row slot with 17 fixed paylines. The game has 1 bonus feature and 2 simple modifier symbols.

  • Wild Multiplier and Global Multiplier The Wild Symbol can have a multiplier of 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x, 25x, 50x or 100x. When 1 or more wild land on a spin the Multiplier becomes Global and is applied to every win on the current spin!
  • Echospins – When the Skeleton hand lands on a winning spin it reveals 1 to 5 fingers indicating how many re-spins of the same win will be applied. If there’s a multiplier it adds up every re-spin. For example a 2x multiplier with 5 re-spins would be a 10x multiplier on the last spin.
  • Bones Game – Land 3 Bones symbols to trigger the bonus feature. 10 Free Spins are awarded with better odds to trigger the Echo Spins.

During the bonus in Break Bones you ideally want a large multiplier to land with the Echospins. A single line of the top symbol with a single 100x Wild and 5 Echospins would alone award a win of 2,100x stake so this is where the potential lies.

Break Bones Paytable

The paytable in Break Bones is dynamic and changes with your stake, the example below is set to £/€1 per spin. We start with the J’s, Q’s and K’s all paying 0.10x for 3 of a kind and the A’s paying 0.20x. The Yellow Skull pays 0.50x, the Light Blue pays 1x, the Green Skull pays 2x and the top symbol of the Dark Blue Skull and Wild both pay 4x for a full line of 3.

Final Thoughts On Break Bones

Break Bones has an RTP of 96.22%, the volatility is rated Medium and the maximum win is 3,333x stake.

To sum the game up it’s very simple and fast paced but not as action packed as its older sibling Chaos Crew although appearing visually to have the same theme. The volatility is rated medium but I feel even with the smaller potential it felt no different to your average high volatility slot with an all or nothing feel to the bonus.
