Gun Slinger has a classic 5 reel by 3 row setup and plays with a fixed 10 pay lines, the aim as with most slots is to land the bounty hunter scatters for the freespin feature. 10 freespins are awarded for 3,4 or 5 scatters and you can win up to 200x if you get all 5, before the freespins start you get to choose any symbol yourself exactly like the Merkur slot Dragon’s Treasure, any of these symbols that land on a freespin then expand to fill the reel, the unique part about this slot is that when you get a retrigger not only do you get 10 extra spins and another symbol, you get to pick the symbol again, it’s like a hybrid of Dragons Treasure and Book Of Ra Magic and personally I think its a great concept.

The paytable is simple but effective, the win’s are shown in amount of coins awarded and all you need to do is multiply your coin value to see the potential wins, personally I prefer paytables like Danger High Voltage where it just shows you the multiplier of total bet but this is not too tricky either. For 5 of a kind of the 10, J or Q you get 10x your total stake, for K or A you get 15x, cowboy hats or guns give you 75x and the wild stallion pays a very respectable 200x, last but not least we have the scatter symbol which is also the wild and the Jesse James wanted poster, these both pay a whopping 500x for a full line and in the bonus round you can expect that to be multiplied by 10!
Final Thoughts On Gun Slinger
Gun Slinger is high variance and has an RTP of 95.13% to 96.18% depending what symbol/s you pick during the bonus round, personally I chose the best symbol to start with and then if I got a re-trigger I picked the 2nd best symbol and then the 3rd and so on. On my 4th bonus round I had 3 re-triggers which gave me a total of 40 spins and the top 4 symbols as expanders, the final win of 533x is pictured below! The graphics are great, the sounds fit in perfectly for the theme and although it felt like a regular Blueprint game like TED it clearly isn’t, the maximum win on this game is 10’000x your total stake so that’s 10 times the potential of the regular slots from this provider!
