Darren bullock
My deposit limit is £750 a month which I set my self but recently I used my limit but I won £2000 and the casino let me put the lot back in . The casino tried saying there was a loss limit of £750 so because I won I was able to deposit £2750 but I put a £750 a month deposit limit on my self so I should of been allowed to deposit any more than the £750 right ? Deposit limit is not the same as loss limit. If you deposit 750 and win 2000 and cashout 2750, you will be able to redeposit 2750 so maybe you were confused and put the loss limit instead of deposit limit. Make a screenshot of the gambling limits and we shall see.
ryans_slots
Unfortunately you can't have it both ways in terms of if you deposited £2750 in the end and ended up cashing out lets say £10,000 total you wouldn't be like saying this now you'd be grateful the casino allowed you to deposit more to win more, the money you lost has gone you won't find any loophole to get it back just have to take it on the chin and learn from mistakes as we all do in gambling, my advice > a break or if it's too much > https://www.gamstop.co.uk/
VillaLad
@Darren bullock if you’ve set the deposit limits yourself to £750 then the answer to your question is you shouldn’t be able to deposit more than that per month. But as @crazyrightmeow says make sure it is actually a deposit limit and not a loss limit.
Kings lynn
Like the others above have said it sounds like you’ve set a loss limit not a deposit limit and unfortunately it’s let you do you Bullocks in on your withdrawl. The best thing you can do is go on and make sure the deposit limit is set.
Guest Chair Slots
Just to add another spanner in the works - some casinos have 'net deposit limits' which means you can deposit back whatever you are in profit that month, plus your limit. Other casinos (proper ones, frankly) will not let you deposit more than your set limit no matter how much you win.
Darren bullock
What I set was a £750 deposit limit not a loss limit. Unfortunately the casino blocked my account when I questioned this but I do have on screen shot customer services saying I set my self a £750 deposit limit. If that's the case I would email their customer services with a copy of the screen shot attached and ask them for an explanation

Casino would never block your account just because you questioned that. I dont believe your story.
