I don’t understand why people would blame you for losing money, your basically an advertisement and if people lose money it’s there own fault. If someone watched a virgin airways advert and then decided to book a flight and it got cancelled or delayed do these people contact itv because that’s where they saw the ad no they wouldn’t.

Gamblers will find a way to gamble if they want to no matter what there signed up to gamstop etc, just look how many posts we’ve seen on here over the years with people using someone else’s card and when we start asking questions it always comes out there in the wrong yet in there original post there blaming the casino.

Regarding crypto casinos personally I wouldn’t have a clue where to begin and it will stay that way, I’ve been a member here from day 1 and I’ve never clicked and signed up to one of your suggested sites, there would have been people who have joined them all, everyone is different.

Personally again I don’t like to watch when you go full degen I don’t know why it’s not my money so why should I care, and there’s people in the streams who love to see you spunk the lot, to me these people are complete bellends.

Ive met some great people off this forum and we have a good laugh most days there are some proper funny people on here and some very knowledgeable ones too it will be a shame to see it go.

The point is that all of the current sites listed for joining on the site are regulated  these new sites are unlikely to be to such an extent he could actually have to leave the country to play on them.  There are reps  on here who can be contacted to help with problems  I doubt if these new sites will do any more than give people the run around.  I agree that people are responsible for themselves.

The point is that they are not legal for UK players to play on and thus the fact they are enticing UK players shows they are not reputable in my opinion.   Same thing happened in the US  with European bookmkakers allowing US players to bet even though it was against their laws.   Some of their executives even got arrested when they landed on US soil.

Hopefully the people who don’t fully understand crypto casinos will see when Rolla starts streaming that they can be just as reputable as ukgc casinos and the streams keep the lights on in the Rolla house hold and this site.

The point is a lot of these big stars in the US that took the sponsorship money and promoted  FTX  are now being issued with class action lawsuits by people that lost money..

Even Kim Kardashian got fine for promoting Cryptocurrency , She got paid 250k for promoting it on an Instagram post and then fined 1.3 million

It is not just a case of taking the money and playing  you need to be very sure of what you are expected to say and do on their behalf.

Yes I understand your prespective mate. I look more from the point that they will pay you out and for me that is all that matters. I think majority of the people dont give a flying fudge if gov. doesnt get a cut from them and thats the only reason why is not legal.

Yes the do and fees are big, so not worth using. You basically buy crypto with credit card and is then transfered to a casino.

You have to remember I also do not live in the UK so the UKGC does not affect me other than certain things I have to do with accounts I have.

I think a lot of people forget that much of this regulation stems not just from player protection but also from EU money laundering regulations so these  online casinos whether they are FIAT or Crypto still have to abide by those rules.  If they want to avoid all that they need to run to places with little regulation  or protection for players such as our old friend Curacao.

I dont know how they operate their business or how that works with crypto casinos companies in general. Im sure with the money they are making they have the best lawyers helping them out.
