Bet 365 have lowered bet?

I’m simple terms if I placed an Ew acca with 5 selections and 4 of them won and the other placed I would only get the odds for the ew part of the bet for all selections the 4 that won are now placed only

I was of the opinion that each bet was each way so you would get the winning amount for team A if they won and the lesser odds for team b if they came second

If I'd known that I wouldn't have added Sheffield as I was trying to boost the pot but I knew they wouldn't win championship as Burnley were on a role

One pound each way is two bets One pound win accum and One pound place accum thus costing you double.

That was why with your 50 free credits you can do 50 win   or 25  win accum and 25 place accum.  both bets cost 50 

They also pay different amounts. If you did a 50 win accum and they all win it pays the obvious double of a 25 win accum.    On the 25 place accum  you get paid the place part of the bet if they all win as well which obviously pays much less than the win bet due to the reduced prices (( 1/3 and 1/2 for instance)  once you start multiplying these they come to a lot less as you can see  with the 900 that you will collect against around 19k for the win part

That’s how accas work if you want winners to be winners in such bets then you’ll have to do doubles n trebles, yankees, fold bets etc. an acca is made up of 1 bet only

No as I explained it is win to win and place to place  so on the  win once one is beat the bet is a loser.

If you want to get the benefits of the winners then you need to do perms which costs a lot more money to stake.  Eg  5 teams is one fivefold   five fourfold  10 trebles  and 10 doubles to cover all of those is thus 26 bets ( otherwise known as a Canadian or a Super Yankee)

SO if you wanted to cover all of them in this case  each way it would be 26 win bets and 26 place bets  ie 52 times your stake

Have to say it was some picking  to get those selections in the first place.   But as you are now understanding Bet365  are correct in what they are offering you and are not trying to turn you over

I hate to tell you but that would have meant a payout  of  around 3k if the win part of the bet was 19k  ( 19/6 I think Sheffield odds were 5/1)

In future you might find something like this useful.  You will note that if you had done Dortmund each way as you wanted that actual return would be much lower the only reason you are getting the larger payout is because the other place money is going on to the win at 16/1  instead of (16/fraction).   If the line was voided you would only get around 55 quid.  Luckily for you the aprox 55 is going on at 16/1  hence the payout.
