I think it's because the providers of those games are based in jurisdictions that mean they can be legally pursued so do not want to get involved. A lot of those providers must be walking a bit of a legal tight rope by offering those games to residents of certain countries. I often thought that the providers are the ones that are overlooked for their complicity in the whole crypto / remote game situation. I think that their products are a big pull. Anyone who remembers the way back remote casinos probably remembers how shite the game selection was which was a massive turn off.
