Easy money

Recommended Posts

Well I was in Wetherspoons the other day and saw 30p left in the machine. Stuck 20p in picked lucky Lotus to do a 50p spin and it turns out someone had gotten the jackpot and just collected not knowing you get a repeat chance. The repeat came in so I collected my winnings. 20p in £100 out in under a minute. Wish it was always that easy!

Been rinsed enough times by the pub fruits so about time I got a bit of luck. Feel bad for whoever walked away from a repeat jackpot though but they were probably happy enough with £100 which buys many pints in a Wetherspoon.

Remember once going to the amusements with my friends as kids.  One kid had a wire with him and on the game where put your 2ps in to push them off the edge he pushed the wire inside and raked coins down.

We were soon chased out by Bertha behind the desk with her broomstick.

Probably not worth it for 62p profit!

I was in Butlins last year and someone had left a Bullion Bars in the middle of a feature. I innocently stuck a quid in and the top reels started spinning. Paid £55 I think.

Classic and well worth it. Me and my brother were once told about an alarm on a 2p pusher that went off if it was bumped yet also told how to stop it going off. We cleaned up but the arcade got it all back in pacman etc

During the 25 pound JP era there was a fruity that went red in one of the pubs in town and was always a double repeat 75. Saw a couple playing it and it went red and he collected a tenner. Next board went red again and they were gonna collect a tenner (this wasn't a method they were just clueless) but being half cut and feeling kind I told them they had JP so keep playing. Anyway they got the JP and had no credits after the first repeat and then collected the near 60 on the bank. They proceeded to give me a tenner in thanks and walked off, once they were out of sight i stuck 30p in and grabbed the second repeat. 35 quid paid for a night out back then.

Oh and randomly sticking 20p in bar x 7s when 2 7s are on the reels. Only ever had it hold twice but both times held again so 50 off of very very little. Less luck and more educated chancing it.
