Once again, we will be hosting the Breeders Cup competition, with 5 races on Friday the 4th, and a further 9 races on Saturday 5th, Scores will be based upon the US tote returns as has become the way in this comp, and full rules will be posted on Tues or Wed. RULES: ONE selection per race only - All winnings paid according to US Tote dividends - 100pts allocated per race - Bets can be WIN, (Win only) PLACE (To finish first or second) and SHOW (To finish first second or third) Note that place and show are not the same as EW and return their own dividends. Points can be spread out on each race, for example, you could do 100pts to win, or 50pts to win, and 50pts to place, or even 20pts win. 40pts place, 40pts show. All combinations are acceptable so long as the total per race does not exceed 100 points. Selections need to made by the off of the first race on both days. You can post all selections for both days in one go if you wish. But changes for NR's need to in before the off of the first race on each given day. For those who make selections for Saturday early, you CANNOT change selections tactically if you have a bad first day. Changes can only be made because of NR's. Any late NR's/withdrawn horses after the first race is off will revert to a straight 100pts win bet on the race favourite as per the Tote.
