waynekk Posted August 2, 2022 Share Posted August 2, 2022 Hi lurking for a while now but i started a 6 month period 16/08/2021 only reaIised it was active when i tried to reopen admiral casino I logged into 4 accounts i was able to deposit so i thought it must not be active which all have the gamstop banner : 21Casino , All british casino, fun casino, hyper casino There are more but cant think of them gamstop was removed 18/07/2022 only becuase i did not realise it was active so over a year i have deposited maybe 3000£ on 21 alone, 21 casino have closed my account on theirs and playgrand after i have spoke to live chat while they investigate, i have not moved all my details are exactly the same everywhere. If you sign up to gamstop regardless of the time you set, you have to call and go through the process and cooling off period. Are you really sure you have played strictly by the rules? david1111 Posted August 2, 2022 Share Posted August 2, 2022 (edited) @waynekk I'm a little confused. when you sign up to gamstop for a particular period of time it doesn't automatically expire after that time has elapsed. Unless you specifically contact gamstop to request removal after your time has elapsed then the exclusion remains in place for 7 years Ok, just seen your post above. Also if you log into your gamstop you can get a full history. Print off and send it to the support teams. If all valid I feel you have a case. I would however put yourself back on it if you're not in control. You have capacity to make better choices. I applaud you for realising you have/had a problem and signing up to gamstop you made the 1st steps in signing up you will then need the willpower to see it through.
