A Great question i feel if the universe is infinitely big, (And that hasnt been proven) then the answer is simply that it isn't expanding into anything; instead, what is happening is that every region of the universe, every distance between every pair of galaxies, is being "stretched", but the overall size of the universe was infinitely big to begin with and continues to remain infinitely big as time goes on, so the universe's size doesn't change, and therefore it doesn't expand into anything. If, on the other hand, the universe has a finite size, then it may be legitimate to claim that there is something "outside of the universe" that the universe is expanding into. However, because we are, by definition, stuck within the space that makes up our universe and have no way to observe anything outside of it, this ceases to be a question that can be answered scientifically. Yes!

It's good value for money 

Do you pay a separate fee for garden waste removal ? 

Our area was free until 2 years ago, then they said if we wanted the garden brown bin removed it was £30 for 10 uplifts - March to November 

All these various bins are a pain in the nips at times

I was under the impression that, In Scotland you still had actual bin bags, and not actual bins? 

I think you should indeed pay, at least you get something for your money, unlike some of those at dodgy casinos you like to frequent, or have done in the past.

I would think (well I am Nostradamus) that, there is not much garden waste in ole @Blacko garden, I imagine its a border of insignificant and unlooked after geraniums, with a central area of white shingle, that the local cats, use as a giant cat litter tray, only for wee Doggie Blacko to chase away in glee.
