WillArt 28 Posted July 6 (edited) I sent my 3 months bank statement and Driving licence twice and again got this message. Sent again. It is only £200 I deposited, they are the one acting as criminal and trying to show me as criminal for depositing £200. I will not stop until wherever it goes. Maybe they dont take driving licence as a valid id. Send them ID card or passport.

Driving licence is perfectly acceptable in the UK as ID, they want his wage slips etc from that email. Seems mental over a £200 deposit. @5628380 Did you say that was your only deposit there or have you deposited quite a bit with them? 1

I deposited 200, then checked football/basketball matches, there wasn’t anything so I withdrew it. Next day I received it. Then I deposited again, and lost 50 and again there wasn’t any good matches or selections, so I decided to withdraw remaining 150. I received withdrawal request confirmation. Then I received email saying my account is closed.

Your actions are unusual to say the least and would flag up on any sort of money laundering check. They aren’t a bank and cannot just allow you to deposit and withdraw without playing the funds 1
MrUKHackz 14,483 Posted July 6 Yeah I echo @Tricky0212 My advice would be to check football/basketball and THEN deposit! The basic rule with online casinos is to at least play through your deposit 1x unless you deposit and hit a mega win and then withdraw the lot, that is acceptable @5628380 2

But I agree, I got my lesson. But still it doesn’t justify them refusing to give my money back. They could just pay me and close the account or ask further information.

Without me contacting them they never contact. In the end it is my money and only £150. No criminal would go after £150.
Freddy from the hood 1,163 Posted July 6 I had an issue at landbased 2 days ago. These casino's are a bunch of bitches. Never trust them. Hope you get your money back.
