The fines they've received from the UKGC are in the multi millions and there customer service has been awful in my experience. I used to go to William Hill shops regular. But no more. As they are same owner now. I read many reviews which is similar stories. Some body should help. I closed my William hill account as soon as they became one group. I deposited 200, lost 50, try to withdraw £150. Then they asked for I.d and proof of income. The real issue is, they are not updating I have to chase them every possible way, and the reply is, we are looking at the case. If they asked for proof of income before depositing I would understand, but after taking money, never update, refusing to withdraw. It is not right.
