Popular Post Bangers
Every single time I call into this section I sense failure Sure there's been a few wins BUT the fails are tipping a LOT more in favour of the fails It's been a good 12 or so days with a few nice wins and of course in that journey I've also had a few sore ones, profit is profit and all is good so if this bet fails then so be it, it wouldn't be the end of the world but nothing cool about losing decent money. I've lifted the Irish racing ban for this sole race and unsure exactly who I done sucked into it, was just looking at some stuff online and the race caught my attention and before I knew it I was watching various replays from all the 8 contenders, we all know at this level ANYTHING can happen and a few might even be surprised on me going against SIR Ryan and should he win I'll take my medicine like a big boy, I'll say now I'll be a bit pissed if the Joseph O'Brien trained Colt wins OR worse the Jim Bolger, both of which IMO are no mugs and both have ran decent races and again I'll go on record now and say I really do feel Jim Bolger's runner is waaay overpriced but I do see the showing 66/1 is now gone. The Joseph O'Brien runner was trained by Brian Meehan and he looked pretty decent winning his last race here at Curragh, sure that was over 1m 2f but it looked a good prep race to me and he could now be a real threat, he's in this line up for a good reason and the same applies in that he's now in the hands of Joseph O'Brien, he was also a decent 4th last October at Doncaster behind Aidan O'Brien's well thot after Luxembourg in the Vertem Futurity Trophy Stakes ''Group 1'' Tuesday Won the Oaks under SIR Ryan Moore and her credentials are all there for anyone to see and Id NEVER put anyone off backing her, She's a tough sort and won't go down without a good scrap, maybe it's just me but I feel it's a little bit strange Aidan O'Brien doesn't have a decent Colt for this race, well one he has good faith in anyway, again it's a tricky race and not a race for a lot of punters and it's highly possible that after this race I'll be wishing I never lifted the ban and got involved once again in Irish Racing, me and Irish Racing just don't seem to get along. Would the selection have won the Derby with a better run / less traffic problems ? MMMmmmmm I really don't think so, could be wrong, he would most definitely have took home the Silver rather than the Bronze. I have £300 on with Betfred online at 7/4 - BOG and this bet with Ladjokes. Again not the end of the world if they get beat but that kind of stake still STINGS Race - Irish Derby Time - 15:45 Course - Curragh Trainer - Ralph Beckett Jockey Booking - Colin Keane Distance - 1m 4f Selection - Westover Danger - EVERYTHING 6

Bangers
Had a fantastic day and all a bit surreal if being honest, almost went through the card at HQ only just failing on the last race, it's something I've always wanted to do in life, had 5 a few times and my old man would tell a good story about a day we had at Ayr when Wilsford won the Scottish National. Had 5 at Chepstow a few times but still never went through the full card. Hollie Doyle today for me stole the show, that must have been awesome being there at the track along with being part of her win, she provided a lot of race fans a very special moment in horse racing, top drawer ride and a stunning training performance from Alan King, just a special memory that will never be forgotten. My head is bursting just now and got some plum near by either sawing or sanding and it's doing my nut in, getting a bite to eat then an early night. Was a great days racing nuff said. Off On holiday on Monday so will sign off the now and catch ya all later Be lucky troops Cheers.
