Crypto casino broken

I don't play on crypto casinos - just not for me. I know there are arguments for and against them (personally im against them) but each to their own.

Apparently one of the more popular ones (beginning with an R) went down on the 01st Feb for "routine maintenance". Users where told to log back in after 15 mins and you would be fine. It's still not back up and some people can't access their accounts/balances etc.

In theory, what would happen if they just said "balls to this" and never reopened. With the majority of deposits done in crypto (if not all) would players have any recourse? Like I said I don't play on any crypto casino, but just wondering what (if anything) players could do?

It depends which crypto casino just like it depends on which "normal" casino you play. I only play on one myself and I dont have anything against this one specifically and its not R or S. For the casino you are talking about I dont think people would be able to do anything if they took of with the money.

I dont think there is anything they could do. It would be lost in the ether (no pun intended).
