Any customer that has never deposited before receiving and activating a no deposit bonus can only withdraw a minimum of 50 euro and a maximum of €/£/$ 75. Any exceeding balance will be removed from the account.

I hope it ain’t this bro.

I think it is this, @L&LJan said it looks legit but he'd need more info, I'll tag him in but I think you've hit the nail on the head mate.

So if he had just deposited a tenner he could have withdrawn the whole balance? That's how I'm reading that.

@Beardgamer93 what screenshots did you provide backing up your complaint? Have you ever deposited with them?

Sickening :feelscryman:

Yep, and to be fair no casino gives away more than £100 without a deposit, it just leaves the promos open to abuse.

Yep happened to me a few years ago with 21casino. Though i was withdrawing a couple of £K - all went through ok then £100 hit my account. Pissed off didnt even come close so i don't play there anymore.

I think it’s a little unfair titling them as a scam casino, at the end of the day it’s still £75 for zero financial risk. Still shit for the OP all the same.

How many random strangers jump on this forum when @Rocknrolla once in a lifetime puts his hand on his pocket offering a free comp. Just imagine how many thousands do the same when casinos throw out free spins!, they would be bankrupt if they didn’t have a cap in place.

I agree  entirely but would add that the fee should have been explained in a more transparent way so that no one is in any doubt why the full withdrawal was not implemented. The specific T and C s should have been quoted to justify the transaction openly and race casino should look at this failure on their part . Good relations with punters is important ….

I believe it was explained in a private chat to the OP but I agree it would be nice to have it quoted in the withdrawal email and would be more professional.

I agree. I only fell out with 21 as the t&c's were not clear at the time and i had it confirmd by both customer services and a senior manager that i would be getting the full amount, so stupidly went and treated myself to some pieces for the house before the money landed.

Lesson learned but left a bitter taste

It is disrespectful not to be transparent….

Hi all,

We just followed the terms and within the group this term has been there since 2014. Values however may vary.

From the bonus page:

Freespins bonus terms and conditions:

The result from a free spins bonus is added as bonus funds to your account with a wagering of 40x.
The bonus as a result from free spins winnings is valid for 48 hours in order to meet the wagering requirements.
Registered players who have not deposited before activating free spins and wager through a free spins bonus need to withdrawal a minimum of €/£/$50.
Registered players who have not deposited before activating free spins and wager through a free spins bonus need to withdrawal a maximum of €/£/$75.

If different terms apply to a free spins offer this will be clearly communicated in the offer.

And in this event the customer managed to wager a free spins bonus while not being a real money player within the casino yet. So therefore the terms are applied.

There is no question that you acted properly in accordance with the terms and conditions but you did not display the reason on the withdrawal transaction . This lack of transparency needs to be rectified if you value your clients .

So if your above t&c is right after wagering £1800 my balance should thenbhave shown £75... and the remainder of funds like on every other casino ive ever played on would have vanished... Instead my CASH balance clearly displayed a withdrawble ammount of £1050. Also instead of clearly indicating funds were forfeited the caisno branded it as a charge.

I cant help but think you were as transparent as the casino. I dont mean to have a dig at all.

I can see where you're coming from though with your screeshots, I presume those terms and conditions listed are those linked to the free spins? (I didnt read them all) If so I think you could have a valid argument but one you are likely to lose in the end as they seem to have more/different Ts&Cs with regards to no deposit free spins!!! Like some have said, clearer rules are needed so there is no doubt what's what.

All those wins you must have had are wasted really. 😔
