Obviously there's more to this. What reason did they give ? It's hard not to assume you broke some terms and conditions somehow.

In that case it would not be a "fee"

Not being used to that sort of thing it would make me wonder that if that was the case  maybe the fee should have been 9.35  and somebody missed out the decimal point  and it was not picked up before processing

How is it legal to charge such a fee !! Surely the amount could only be funds obtained outside the rules and therefore deemed non withdrawal or confiscated !!

Like a said earlier I would not call it a fee in that case if it funds obtained outside the rules or a deemed bonus abuse then surely the withdrawal should be reversed  and a reason given to the player which would allow him to then withdraw remaining funds e.g original deposit

Hiya listen im not new to gambling i understand rules and that t&cs bite most people i have screen shots of 2 seperate free spins offer where by it doesnt state a max withdrawl of £75 which the operator on email had tried to blag me with i have put in a full complaint to the casino with all my evidence, and also like some of you say why would you class it as a fee, when it would be classed as a forfeit of funds.

The rules and hidden T&C's are simple

Upload and lose ''even with filthy dirty unlaundered money from Columbia''  = All good and silky smooth.

Win money and go to the Withdrawal section = Show us your full family tree with ALL past and present DNA, send us all your past and present MOT certificates for past and present family vehicles, show us you along with all your family members standing with your family Doctor, send us a picture of the midwife delivering you and on the day you were born along with the exact blood group, send us your full CV since the day you left School along with a full enhanced disclosure.

If you are related to Don King or Tyson Fury ''The Gypsy King'' or horse trainer Alan King or the image below ''The Cocaine King'' sadly we are unable to proceed with your withdrawal request as this man is pure scum.

A £936 fee is still cheaper than what Skrill charge on most transactions TBF

How much was your initial deposit? Did you take a bonus and if so did you complete the wagering requirements?

Bloody hell that's quite something.

Puts me off ever accepting free spins/bonuses etc, no doubt there will be some small print somewhere that will screw you over. I hope it's as simple as you say and you get your winnings. 🤞

The only casino I take free spins or bonuses is Pokerstars (low wagering ) and videoslots (0 wagering)  I play sometimes at yakocasino same company as  Race casino or All British I never had a problem with yakocasino and they never charger me fee
