Seen Rolla is a big advocate of All British Casino and has played on streams and many YT videos so thought I'd have a go. I'm having nothing but issues with the site. Deposits as per usual are taken instantly without question. However, when I had a nice win (5 figures), I've ran into so many issues which are disabling any withdrawals. The usual document verifications have been provided and accepted. There was then a request of a 'Customer Enhanced Due Diligence Form' which again was completed in full and sent promptly as requested. It's now been several days and there has been no correspondence. I'm sure this site would not be recommended if it wasn't legit, but has anyone else had any issues and is anyone able to assist or give the right people a polite nudge? They just have some thorough checks they have to complete which take a little time. Maybe @L&LJan will be able to look into it for you. I have made several deposits no issue and one previous withdrawal. I am now awaiting process of a withdrawal from last week for a fraction of the money I have put into the site and they are requesting that I provide further information before this will be processed. They asked me previously for completion of the enhanced due diligence form which i have completed and sent back along with bank statements, payslip and further bank statements they requested for an account i never use to gamble however shows my salary being paid. They are now requesting all sorts of further information about individual transactions, payments from my family, other bank accounts I hold and the whole process is really pissing me off. Its so simple to make a deposit but to withhold my withdrawal for these issues is surely not fair? If anyone can help me out or give me some advise to deal with this I would be greatly appreciated. You don't have these issues when you deposit and lose but as soon as you win a little they make it difficult to withdraw. I am fairly sure that delaying a withdrawal is not allowed as advised by UKGC. I have requested my account be closed as i highly disagree with this ethic and they have said that the funds will remain until all documents they are requesting have been received/reviewed. It's strange that you are going through this with ABC though - ive been through their checks (twice now) due to large sums being deposited and withdrawn. Never had an issue; had my money sent to me within 24 hours of sending the due dilligence form back. I sent my bank statements/copies of savings/investments etc. and they turned it around very quickly. Is there anything on any of the statements that may cause them concern to dig deeper (not saying you have to justify your transactions/are doing anythign you should not be doing) but casinos can be really picky with some bits. It seems to me that Casinos are routinely abusing the withdrawal process , despite the UKGC making it clear that withdrawals should be made quickly and not be delayed by necessary checks . 888 casino of course are well known for being greedy beyond belief , and aggressively targeting punters for deposits and free bets ..... Unfortunately it's the usual answer, the minority have spoiled it for the majority, if you saw what some of these criminal groups try to pull at casinos you'd see why they are so strict now. Of course on top of that in the UK they have all the SOW due diligence to deal with as well. However I agree about 888, they have been pulling stunts since the start of online gambling. In fact I once won over 6k and only got £500 because of some smallprint I chose to ignore about max bonus conversion, put me off for life! Not very accurate but he has to get it right at least once (the RTP on his missilie system is around 3% but it has to hit at some point).
