It's a great shame this once decent site has violently swerved off-course and now encouraging it's members to gamble 

So many damaged people on this site but that is being overlooked,  the turbo really has kicked in with all the commercial side of things 

The poachers have turned Gamekeepers

I think the hard part with a promotion like this is it encourages people to potentially gamble on different slots for a month. The promotion is decent, but it does encourage people to go for it. 

From your side i understand that there are overheads/costs/salaries and that you want to work with approved casinos/providers etc. An optimist will look at this promotion as a really good thing. Someone more critical will look at it as pushing people to gamble for a month whilst also promoting responsible gambling etc. 

Out of curiosity, and you can tell me to fudge off if you don't want to answer, but what does TGC(yourself) get out of these promotions (e.g. is there a kickback to the site for running it etc.). Im really not arsed if there is/is not/you do not answer but would be good to know.

There's constant slots races on casinos where you you have to play a certain slot etc, if you don't want to take part you just don't opt in. And those slots races will have tens of thousands of entrants where top prize isn't even close to 10k and yet here so far there's about 10 entrants. I do get the viewpoint of some about encouraging people to go for it, but stake doesn't count and slot regulars will know how hard it is to get a big win so I'd like to think its more that instead of playing a certain slot they'll think to add one of these ones in as a chance of hitting a progressive type win when they're having their usual slot bash.

What does TGC or myself get from this, I can 100% promise that we receive nothing other than maybe some new members coming from other forums to take part.

Yeah i get 100% were you are coming from with it mate. I suppose realistically people fall into three categories; responsible gamblers (no issues and will just see this as a potential way to hit 10k), problem gamblers but gamstopped (who cant enter) but then there are the grey area ones (problem gamblers but no blockers in place). I know you say stake doesnt matter but it's easy to do your bollocks even on low stakes.  I don't think there would ever be a way of making everyone happy as the forum has lots of members who fall into the different 3 categories. 

Thanks for clarifying the point on the kickback as I think it's an important one especially with all the unscrupulous deals that streamers have in place, it's important to clarify so you don't end up being associated with other idiots.

When you were saying about the different kinds of gamblers on here or even just in life,  You forgot one in my opinion,  the gambler that totally does his or her bollocks in but says nothing, just leaves, not everyone likes to talk about the situation he or she has got themselves into, some people have took their own lives because of the shame of what they done. 

BTG could have easily arranged another style of giveaway that was celebrating whatever BS  lure this is, but encouraging lots of already damaged people to play in this style for possibly a lot longer than they would normally along with what they most probably can't afford is a new level for TGC
