Hello, is it possible to get a casino to pay out without having a passport or driving license?   Ive got a withdrawal and ive told them over and over again, due to a condition i dont have and never had the need for a passport or driving license, but i get emails back from a different person everytime asking me to upload them.  Some people say tell them to close the account and they have to pay but im not sure about that. I have a citizens card but they wont accept that.  Anyone have any idea's or does it look like the cash is gone?

Its been a long year 😛   anyway the last one paid out because i got myself a citizens card but this one says they wont take that....  its photo id, what more do they want?

I would email them/get on live chat and point out that under 7.8 (Identification and Verification) they state that a citizens card is an acceptable form of ID

I would argue that and make sure you have a screenshot.

It's not your fault that you signed up based on their advertised terms and conditions. You signed up on what was stated at the time, not what they might change it to in the future. They can change their terms and conditions if they want, but not move the goal posts because they realise they cocked up.

3.1 By registering an Account with NetBet, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, which may be modified from time to time, and acknowledge that they will govern your use of the Services.

Casinos always have that in place so they can change anything.

Yeah i get that mate - i am just wondering how that would hold up if you went down the ADR route; if the casino knew the rules had changed but had not updated the T&C's, then I don't see how you could be held accountable as you have joined by "signing" (agreeing) to the current ones which state that a citizens card is acceptable.

I would be interested in taking this down the ADR/UKGC route just to see what they would rule. Realistically they could use the 3.1 term to deny any payment for any amount of time (we have now changed ID requirments to you holding a goldfish while doing a handstand).I think it would be an interesting case to put an official complaint in (if Wiggy could be arsed going down that route, depends how desperate they are for the money)

It would hold because you agreed to the terms that can be changed at any time, at least this is how I understand it. I might be wrong of course.

Yeah I agree mate, but there must be something legally to say that term changes have to reasonable and communicated; otherwise they could change them to whatever they wanted.
