Progressplay owe £25800 Betsteve + Betdukes + 2kbets

I saw the complaint about Maxibet so I know progressplay have form here.

I placed some bets at dog odds not expecting them to come in. I had been using Betsteve, Betdukes and 2kbets since late May, early June. The one account at each site, no bonuses. I withdrew £25800 total on 7th July when I was all finished. I was already verified, but sent another set of documents anyway cause I know how this goes. Then I waited 2 weeks.

It’s now 27th July.

Had no emails since the withdrawal, which is still listed as pending. Now I’m emailing no one will answer. And live chat says to wait for an email. 

Yeah, I know I made a mistake using them but too late now. And they’re licensed by the UKGC so I’m sure it’ll sort itself out but thought I’d make myself busy.

Outside of that, there’s some dodgy shit with Progressplay Limited. Two names, Sophie Roberts the support manager and Stuart James in the security and verification department appear on sign up emails but they appear nowhere on the internet, except in other complaints. Going back 2016. Are these people real? Maybe, maybe not. Found a phone number with a London area code that goes to a recorded message. And their headquarters is either in Cyprus or Malta, maybe both, maybe neither. 

 

This is a really crappy mystery to be fair, but don’t need a deerstalker to know  something’s amiss.

I've never heard of any of them and some of the places people join up and speak about is just crazy,  it's never difficult to discover how helpful or unhelpful a casino is when things need attention. 

The golden rule should always be .      .        .           . Do some very basic online research before uploading good money

If you don't if could supply a shitload of trouble and stress along with a never ending chase

I've always had the belief that ANY issue should be fixed within 7 days MAX 

I did have a live roulette problem years ago with William Hill and it did get sorted, it took about 3 weeks but it was put right.

Id just never touch most of these places that are all springing up like garden weeds

I don’t know who Punters Lounge are but I guaranteed they are in their top 10 because they are being paid.

Hiya mate, it was me that took Maxiplay to the ring and beat them up, you are almost definitely going to have to go to IBAS to get a ruling and you will be paid the same day they make it if its in your favour, it's shit but thats how they were with me. I know that same day the sites whole terms and conditions changed just because of little old me so don't give up, we do have a voice :thumbsup:

I get that, more pointing out they are not a fly by night outfit, they have a good affiliation program because they’re advertised by sites like that all over the shop, and they’ve been around 6 years+.

We live in hope. Already got a report to IBAS sent in and looking at the other options.

@MrUKHackz do you know if there’s any rules about the live chat? From a couple of conversations, I’m sure one or two have been with bots. Same phrasing, same lengthy pauses. Running out of answers to questions. I found their chat provider and asked, and they do provide bots. Bit strange, no?

Got off the phone with the UKGC and IBAS, and they both said this whole thing is very odd.

I don't know of any rules regarding live chat per se, I know years ago Paddy Power had bots for chat agents as you could squeeze bonuses out of them with a certain pattern of complaint but were talking 10 yrs ago at least. You're in good hands with IBAS
