Thanks Jan tried to get onto casinomeister to contact you but account is waiting to be approved lol. Yes I have 3 withdrawals pending 1 at race which has been for almost 2 weeks. Another at all british (£2,500) and another (£700) at yako. I sent all my docs to race about a week ago, got a response pretty wuick asking for something else which I sent. I then got a response 3 days ago asking for me to sign the back of my bank card which is signed in blue pen but slightly faded i explained that and got the thumbs up was told its been sent for final review (3 days ago) and heard nothing since. Normally I would be sceptical and worrying but I've heard good things on the site and particularly about yourself. However its put me off to some extent given its been 3 days and I've got almost 4k sat pending yet there was no issue when I out £1,600 into the casinos. Had a few issues with them locating my EDD form which delayed things,Jan located it and then I sent some statements they were after. I had about £12k in cash deposits from the bank which they rightly enquired about. I advised it was from.landbased and had images of the wins and deposits going out my account to those casinos. They were happy with this and have now verified all my L&L accounts and processed my withdrawals. I genuinely couldn't have hacked delaing with all this over customer service emails etc but Jan was quality, swift responses couldn't help enough and got all this done in a matter of hours.
