Bennylad Posted July 4, 2021 Share Posted July 4, 2021 Afternoon chaps. Just after a little information if anyone could help. Signed up to all british through TGC last month. I have since made 2 x £500 deposits. On Friday I withdrew £2,500 and instantly got the usual verification needed email, still passes me off why it isn't asked for upon completing sign up. So after a few emails back and forth (bank statements, payslips, bank card,ID etc) they confirmed they were happy with it and it had just been sent for a 'final check'. My withdrawal is still sat in pending so I spoke with live chat and they advised could be another 48 hours and they may need more documentation (despite them confirming they had anything they need) is anyone else having verification problems? Cheers Ive been through the SOW checks with ABC mate - once they have all the documentation they say 48 hours but mine was processed within around 12; never had an issue since. (They might ask you to complete a form and send it back, but it doesnt take long). Never had any issues since and had some big withdrawals from there with no issues; to be fair they are the only place i recommend to play at (even before they became a recommended casino through TGC). Much appreciated lads They can be a little slow at the weekends mate due to having less staff on (which is a bit nuts as its probably their busiest time). Ive also heard they are looking at improving their withdrawal times (at present its around 24 hours to card) but they are trying to reduce this. It was from a reasonably small withdrawal too so was very surprised they didn't request docs. I could do with some clarity if anyone knows about whether verification at 1 L&L will verify you for them all assume it would as its the same documentation required. I've got a £2,500 pending at all british, £600 at race and £700 at yako. I've only sent docs to all british as the they are the only ones who got in touch via email and I can't find anywhere to upload them on race/yako. Any info would be great lads as I don't really want to have to wait for the email to then wait another 3/4 days for the verification. Yeh always nice to have a few withdrawals matethink i was £1,650 in a cross the 3 sites overall. Why not just send your proofs to all three mate ? You already gave it to one so just send the same to other two and save the hassle maybe ???? For some reason when you go into verification it just says 'not verified' and I can't find anywhere to upload the docs.
