But if you play on some scam curacao casino then it wouldnt surprise me. Its pretty clear on what you need to provide to casinos and Its basically the same for almost any case out there. Its illegal for them to sell your bank information and not because of UKGC but because the actual laws that are written. The ukgc may say they are happy, but the casinos have their own interpretations. To be honest, for 20k send the documents. What they want and then close your account when you have the money. Providing you haven't used anyone else's cards or have self excluded from a sister site you should be ok You have to look long term with these cases - if later down the road you have to go through a dispute resolution to get your funds, you want to show that you have complied all the way as it helps your case.
