Platincasino not paying "verification issue"

Hi,

So I've had one withdrawal out of platincasino but earlier on today after getting fed up with the lack of communication such as even sending a confirmation of withdrawal or the staff member on chat not even bothering to look properly at the thing I was asking question about asked to close my account, got told could do that on the site so just used self exclude.

I paid with Trustly and also I had one withdrawal for £500 and this one that they won't payout is for £680 and the issue is that I lost my passport and they won't budge on the ID Scan so pretty much have robbed my deposits I've made, I don't think they would of asked for this if I did not self exclude the account, why accept my money on this many occasions and then refuse to pay out.

An email from them says the following

We would need the following documents from you to be able to verify your account and process your withdrawal. 
 
Please note that we do not accept scanned documents or screenshots. All documents have to show all four corners. 
If it is online bill, it has to be in PDF format.

Always send us both sides of the document. We accept ID card, driver license of passport. Make sure it isn’t expired and that we can see full text and all four corners of the document. Please note that we need a photo in colour, we do not approve scanned documents.
 
Proof of address
Make sure that the document is not older than 3 months with the date of issuing clearly stated and is one of the following type:
- Utility bill (gas, water or landline/broadband)
- Bank document (statement or another letter send to you)
- Government document
 
Bank Statement
 
Please provide a bank statement for your bank account. The document should be in pdf or paper form. Please make sure that the document includes:
-matching account details; 
-name and bank account number.
- date of issue.
Please note that we do not accept screenshots and scanned documents.  
 
Your account is closed and you can’t upload them yourself, hence we kindly ask you to send the requested documents in a reply to this email.

Not even 32red did this the other day when they blocked my account taking something out of context because I finally had an edge on the house winning instead of it taking and taking for months on end

also asked for my initial deposits back the very least, they won't do that either

Yes I will be doing that as soon as possible for sure, but got CCJ to pay to get off my record that flighted to get setaside that was done 2 days ago and was issued in late 2019, so that is my priority then I can pay to get it done, just p**** me off as left me with no money for 2 weeks the last payout was done same day did not expect this to happen. Luckily got stock from my old ebay store that I can go sell to cex tomorrow "shut down due to storage place setting on fire" lol * Insurance Job for sure *

I think I'll stick to crypto currency casinos from now on sick of these shady casinos

Storage place sets on fire after 20 years during covid, covered smoke alarms with gloves makes sense that it's an insurance job, and the last thing I need is these taking my money then refusing to payout when I win?

No offense mate but not buying a passport because you have a CCJ to pay off doesn’t make much sense when you’re depositing on casinos before paying off the CCJ.

I think the best advice anyone would be able to give you here is a) get your passport b) send it off to the casino c) get your winnings d) sign up to gamstop, and then e) pay your CCJ.

I already had the money to pay it off within 2 weeks but now they did this makes it harder as I paid off other stuff.

also the CCJ is very important more so then this withdrawal it's going to take 1-2 months to sort my passport not to mention that I could of paid some of my credit card off that I am literally on my first month and this casino has screwed me royally

I don’t know the details of your CCJ obvs but in my own experience you can’t get a CCJ removed from your credit rating (which is presumably why you want it removed) once it’s on there, even if you pay it. So why don’t you just tell who you owe to fudge themselves and it can sit your credit file for 6 years, which it will do anyway.

Casino didnt screwed you, you are doing it to yourself. Casino is just doing their standard procedure with verification and Its not their fault you dont have an ID. Like others before me said, fix your ID situation and withdraw the money and pay what ever you need to pay, good luck with everything.

They did screw me because they paid last time without an issue, all because I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT they asked for this. what was i supposed to think what that there is a possibility am not going to get it,  so I went and spent the other money I had that I could of paid other stuff with they literally left this crap to the last minute of the day.

The CCJ is years old and it's for £400 (what is left) it's not a lot of money for me "luckily I won to have it set aside" and never use Talktalk as they cancelled me while in contract and charged me for the entire service, but what this casino has done has made it more difficult and only asked me for the documents at 4PM despite initiating this withdrawal at 7am only after pushing and pushing asking where the withdrawal was all day did they finally tell me they wanted ID.

The value is irrelevant, the fact you have one should have been the light up your arse to sort yourself out

The company never contacted me that is they do it to a lot of people bunch of cowboys they overcharge elderly customers criminals at the very least,  but it don't matter I've got £1,000's in stock that I'm going to sell some of it tomorrow problem solved for the time being.

And this has to be my best win so far even being £680 it was a 680x lol
