Yes mate and Im trying to explain it to you why it happens when you think its very sneaky timing and its very logical once you understand why it happens on bigger cashouts or certain amount of deposits. Lets be real most of the stories on this forum are when people used cards in other peoples names or they were doing something against TOS.
All that said Im sure there are some shady curacao casinos out there actually try to scam people this way.

I appreciate your honesty and explaining how and why it happens. I should have ID and I should of uploading my email thanking them on my original post for the refund as being perfectly honest I sent it and forgot all about about it and was surprised they even responded and I promise I was actually trying to say in the end they are one of the good guys. It’s a lesson for me as it could of happened last year when I had a £2000 cash out on paddy power whilst playing the game pirates o plenty (I think that’s right) the bonus paid£1600 on a £2 stake (800x) and tbh that is the sort of thing I want to talk about in here not negative shit like this.

So if I deposit £10 and win 2 or 3k then decide I'm withdrawing the full balance but then get the msg for SOW - that's just the way it is, nothing sneaky about the timing ? 

SOW on my £10 deposit!    and that situation can be found on here. 

Do me a favour man!   UKGC GTI or B&Q - SOW purely kicking in from a withdrawal request is sneaky AF - SOW are never requested when punters are uploading hundreds per day or even thousands  ( And Losing ) 

It's a card being played at the casino's benefit so don't UKGC me,   THEY COULD PLAY THE CARD AT THE START,  the ''BEGINGING'' but they choose not to and they choose not to because they are all sitting back waiting and watching the uploads.

If the UKGC are so into fighting money laundering then the fix is simple mate 

Make SOW part of ALL new Casino or bookmaker registrations

 I 100% agree with you on that. It would be a simple fix to avoid any problems regarding that in the future.

Hi all, 

i literally watch some of RocknRollas videos on youtube and thought let me sign up for All British Casino. So i did. I deposited £1500 on the 19th of Feb and won £5000. Passed Verification and received my withdrawal on the 23rd of February. I then deposited funds and attempted another withdrawal and they have asked me to complete an enhanced due diligence form and provide bank statements, savings, payslips. Which i have and now all i get is repeat emails explaining that until payments team can verify my documents my withdrawal is frozen. 
 

Any advice would be appreciated. I have never had this with Coral before and i have withdrawn over 10k before.

Its called a Source of Wealth check to make sure the money you are turning over isnt coming from illegal sources. Unfortunately there isnt anything else you can do. If you have sent the documents requested you'll just have to wait for them to get back to you.

@TiaSkeels Depositing £4k and withdrawing £5k twenty one minutes later would trigger that check at any reputable casino!!

That's literally what money laundering looks like, I'm not saying you are but that's why the check is happening

Thank you for clarifying. I actually got my Balance to £6360. But as you know the withdrawal limit is at £5000.  After placing the withdrawal i ended up playing the leftover balance of £1360 . Thank you both for making this clear to me.

ABC are pretty decent mate - its the only place i play at online now. 

I have been through their checks a couple of times; as long as you provide what they ask for it's a pretty quick process. Ive had to fill out a form, send a photo of it and provide SOW documents for them. All cleared up within 24 hours.
