Chicken curry stage 1 and 2 !! HOT

Here are two stages of a curry making this morning for later today ........

1. before adding peppers and mushrooms ,with chicken and corriander . At this stage it is raw and very fiery !!

Stage 2 --adding coconut milk and peppers,mushrooms etc... now it reduces !!  Now after reduction it will still be very spicy but smooth to taste!!

I have a special scotch bonnet one that is lethal -- and tastes wonderful which I add to all my hot curries on top of the normal spices !!
