ConquerCasino - Pathetic casino.

My sister likes a bash on the slots and recently opened an account with ConquerCasino. Upon registration you have to confirm your occupation. She’s a full time mum with 2 young children so currently focuses on taking care of them and her husband brings in the house income. ConquerCasino decided that after sending verification she doesn’t have a stable income and that she won’t be able to play on their casino. However, they decided this AFTER the deposit was made. Which to me doesn’t make sense, if you’re worried someone doesn’t have a stable income and shouldn’t be playing slots, you should be asking questions before the initial deposit. They didn’t. They allowed her to deposit, then asked her to confirm her income, which she did and they made it clear they thought she should spend her time elsewhere not playing slots because her income isn’t stable. They said the only way she’d be allowed to complete verification is if she sent a recent payslip to confirm a stable income. Of course her recent payslip is from over a year ago as she recently has had 2 children. So she can’t complete the verification, and she also can’t withdraw until she’s completed it. So they’ve taken her deposit, then pretended to be worried about her income and won’t let her withdraw until verification is completed by a recent payslip from work, which she hasn’t got as she’s been a full time mum for the past year.

 

The account has been closed as far as I know and ConquerCasino have withheld the funds and won’t withdraw them for her. I’d strongly advised against using this casino to avoid any problems like she’s had. If you know anyway on how to get around it and get the funds back, please do let me know. Thank you.

They have to withdraw the funds back to her deposit method, what is their reason for not doing it?

It’s proof of a stable income they want as she selected unemployed on the job category part of the registration. She took the welcome offer and it didn’t let her load a slot up she’s withdrawn the initial deposit and forfeited then bonus. They said she might have to complete verification before withdrawing the funds. Verification takes 3 business days, it’s been 6 business days since she sent the correct and relevant documents. She’s heard nothing back.

I’ve got a log of the chat on my PC. I really don’t need to prove to anyone what was said. My eyes don’t lie to me, that’s exactly what was said. The thread was a post warning of the casino and I’ve seen plenty of people bad naming the same casino.

Simple really she sent me the screenshot of the chat log. Managed to get it sorted and got the withdrawal processed and completed.

Shitty ProgressPlay site. One of a thousand all on the same platform all with wanky games, wanky customer service and wanky bonus terms. A site you would only find in the doldrums of the Internet or if you’d self excluded from everywhere else. Why didn’t she sign up to a more well known site??
