If you play in Stox - it's 24/7 gamble - u can't sleep normally, you always in stress, u are always checking courses, you wake up at the night for few times just to check it.. For example, u catch a bonus game and it's playing for a one week... long I never had a trade experience before and now i understood, why a lot of ppl do it.. it's serious drug and addiction, ofc if you play with leverage, if you just buy some stox or crypto and don't trade on Futures - it's totally ok.
