I just dont believe it. The fact the 7x came in when looking unlikely could prove this either way. Either something accidently triggered the 7x and the spins are genuine. Or the 7x was programmed to come in and something went wrong with the board/drop. All you really need to do is looking at Lightning Roulette though. A so called random game which clearly to anyone with a brain cell is not random drops. All these shit games work on the same principle in my eye. Pre programmed results to any given RTP. The old casino law is if they pay you out accidentally you dont have to give it them back. Surely they would have to admit to them being predetermined? I err on this side of them not being predetermined but who knows.
