The money I was actually playing with was a £2 free credit that was in my email, hence sitting playing 20p spins at breakfast! Obviously starting winning and fired through the wagering. Went to withdraw..and obviously this is an account I've set up a while back but no deposited to and an old card was registered. Tried to register a new card but it said your balance needs to be below £10 to add a new card. Ahhh I thought, this is how they make their money!! Thought sod it, jumped in live chat. The guy whisked away the amount of cash withdrawable from the £2 bonus (£100) allowed me to add a card and deposit a tenner.
