Videoslots - scum?

So today I had gone to videoslots live support for an issue of 'battle of the slots', FYI battle of slots is just another reel race that some casinos have where players can play against eachother, chat, win free spins and or cash etc..

The issue I have is I noticed some of the agents replies.........

Take note at the screenshot below on a few things.
'' I play battles myself and sometimes it happens'' -

First of all ain't all employees banned from playing on their workplace website?

Why would you play the battles knowing full well you can cheat in terms of not even paying to enter the battle and knocking REAL players like myself off the top to avoid paying out?

The whole purpose of battle of slots is to compete against other PLAYERS, not people who work for videoslots...?

Second interesting fact the agent said was -

''Me and my coach are doing some live checks now with test accounts''

Yet again adding dummy accounts to the battle to bump up the numbers to knock real players off the top to avoid paying out any freespins and or cash?

I'm not calling videoslots a 100% fraud because I have had battles where I have won £100s and £1000s  from battles and wager free spins however it just doesn't any make sense?
I know rizk had a complaint about the races on there site before of clone accounts?

They shouldnt really play in the real public things with work accounts / being an employee, but i have no idea on the legality of that. Plus id have a hard time believing that they would do it just to knock people off the top spots. Maybe the agent was just trying to gain some sort of connection with you by saying ahhh yeah ive had it happen to me doing xxx, its good customer support an a way to build rapport.

Its a bigger issue though than just battles. What about all the people playing with fake / non withdrawable funds / etc on all slots/games/whatever. Taking legitimate big wins/rtp away from the general public.

bit fruity but adding a few extra accounts in a few battles is nothing compared to lowering rtp of all slots where possible

understandable but unless your playing billions of spins it won't matter too much, it'll just feel more rigged because of a % decrease in RTP, you can still win big on lower RTP btw xD

also videoslots decision to lower RTP was based on to stay in the UK market, idk about other markets if the RTP is lower or its all for 1 but yeah.

Afraid to say it will effect your gameplay however small mate, obviously 10 spins here or there have no chance of realising RTP but even an average session where you maybe give each game 30 mins or so will be drastically changed and not in your favour. I'll post an excerpt from an old thread here for you..

Quote

Okay so to those of you that don't know, certain providers have variable maths models for there games, for instance Play'n GO have 2 versions of Book Of Dead, 94.2% RTP is the lowest version and 96.21% is the highest version.

In a nutshell, Videoslots are now running on the lowest versions of these games for the UK which they announced in Feb but you probably wouldn't of seen it as its hidden on a back page, you'd think something like that would be front page news!

How does this effect you as a player? It has a massive effect, 2% difference in RTP will lower your expected game time by around 30%

What does this mean to you? It means if you're going to play Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger or IGT then I suggest you play anywhere but Videoslots, if you wondering about all the other providers, they have a fixed RTP and will be the same at any casino, it's just the 4 providers listed above.

So basically an hour long session on play'n'go at Videoslots would now be around 18 mins shorter than expected, you only have to play for 3 hours to lose nearly a whole hour game time, it's quite a large difference.

Thread here

NB. This is why I push 21casino so much, they run the highest RTP profile for any game that comes with variable profiles and they stayed in the UK market so what are VS on about, stick with 21 is my motto.

I get what your saying however, the providers that have the lower RTP I avoid anyway so i rarely play them the red tigers are balance destroyers, and play n go like do 30 spins on a random game sometimes. maybe in the long run your right on RTP % wise but if you just do 20 or 30 spins and hit something medium/high win I'd say wouldn't make difference.

If your grinding day in day out losing loads spinning for hours, then yes but for me its literally 20/30 spins n off lol
what do u think of the VS staff entering the battles? ^

also 21 it's not like i don't like them I've just seen far too many complaints over WHG in the years and although I've played n won some money on other sites, It's just somethings like their 48 hour pending withdrawal rules I used to lose money before the ukgc said about cancelling withdrawals.

I've signed up to alot of sites under whg also I think I already signed up through rolla before years ago just never deposited I'll have to check.

Yeah they have upgraded a lot since then, withdrawals made before midnight are processed by 10am the following morning, they have Visa Direct now for instant transfers, Paypal is also supported which I tend to use. Also as a TGC player you would never have an unresolved issue, we wouldn't allow it.

I don't know their terms and conditions on the battles as I don't play at the casino full stop anymore. They can't claim to be the biggest online casino on the planet and then use lower RTP's for silly reasons and think it washes with the players, they also changed the weekly cash back goalposts which caught me out on a live game of roulette. For now I don't play there at all, maybe again in the future if they sort it out.

When it comes to rtp a 2% decrease is massive. It may seem small and I'm sure many players will just think ah well it's 2% that's nothing but if someone plays regularly you will lose so much more than previously. If you at the bandits latest videos over the past 6 months just notice how many times he's been rinsed on book of dead and reactoonz on videoslots. It's no coincidence that the reduction in play and go rtp % at video slots has been noticeable. If you're going to play slots online i don't understand why people don't give themselves the best odds by playing at sites with the best rtp.

Can’t remember the last time it took longer than 7 minutes for a withdrawal on 21

Sorry here hackz, i appreciate you alot but this isnt a true claim. Highest RTP on Reel Rush (for example offered on Unibet) is 98.05% - 21casino offers a 96,96% version.

Just checked with Netent and the top profile for Reel Rush is 96.96% like 21casino have. I've also just loaded up Reel Rush on Unibet and its 96.96% too

As I said, Reel Rush says 96.96% in the Unibet help file as it should, but I am in the UK, Netent also show the game as 96.96% as shown in the screenshot below.

Out of interest too, many years ago there was a guy called Casino Twitcher and he had encyclopaedic knowledge about every Netent game. I will never forget him telling me the highest RTP game that Netent do and one to grind for more playtime was the original Bloodsuckers as pictured below. Now that is 98% which is still lower than the apparent RTP you are seeing on Reel Rush which is the higher end of Medium variance at best, it just doesn't seem normal or make sense?!
