CASUMO WITHDRAW APPALING FOR BIG WIN

im convinced its because of a big win...

The casino will openly tell you SOW is triggered on substantial withdrawals for the main reason that the customer usually complies, if it were asked for before you deposit you would just go elsewhere, even I would. Its still shit though.

OK UPDATE

Basically they said my SOW and stuff got verified which is good but they now have blocked my account and told me to verify that the card I used is mine.

Why didn't they ask for this all at once... and why was the block necessary

That's good just send them the card verification.  They are just dragging their feet and i am afraid you will have to roll with it.

Normally i would say do not over react and close your account as you will have done the verification but as this is Casumo i would say to wait till the money hits your account and then close it.   Good news is with the account blocked you cannot reverse it

No... it has basically been 3+ days. I do not know what takes so long to verify a card when I sent everything and there should be no reason for it to take so long

Just maintain the patience.    You can let off steam once you have the money

Don’t want to be the voice of doom but I’d be amazed if he gets it back. I worry about the third party payment clause in their contract. Shithouse of a casino that they are they will stop at nothing to squirm out of it

You’ve admitted the funds played with have been sent from a friend. If you take a look that breaches their terms and conditions (third party funds) its a ridiculous rule in my opinion but when you tick accept that’s what you agree to.

I wouldn’t like to say if your going to get paid out or not. Casumo are notoriously bad at paying customers out even when no breach has been committed.

Good luck I hope you get the payout but I am concerned your going to be another cautionary tale.

Yeah it looks like that’s the route they are going. Third party payments ie accepting a payment from your friend. Here’s the text from their terms

Sorry mate I was concerned this was going to happen when you made your first post on the thread. I don’t even think your likely to get the money back from your original deposit. I could be wrong on that mind

Completely corrupt. At least your getting a portion of your money back. I know it doesn’t feel good now but you could have been given nothing back.

Be very careful who you play with in future mate. I’d also advise never accepting money from a mate via a BT again. Such an easy way for the firms to avoid payout.

A very important thing to bear in mind is that you could have kept depositing until the cows came home and at no point would this info have been requested. Only when a decent win is initiated will the casino try and use SOW and ID checks to worm out of paying.

Lots will disagree with me but the ones that aren’t on the internet.

But if you must play online just do a bit of research and check reviews of them and read their T’s&C’s. Rolla wouldn’t go near a casino that fucks players so ask @MrUKHackz what casinos he uses.

After getting assfucked the way you have the last thing I’d be thinking about is depositing online again though.

My god, reading this is an absolute horror story 😞Online Casino's get away with so much, but this really takes the piss.

I can't imagine how upset I'd be if I finally got a really really good win like that, and they wouldn't pay it - after the years i'd been depositing and losing.

I'd be furious!!

Actually I'd be incandescent with rage!

That is gutting to hear @Jtee99 such a nice win to have swiped away.

I am not 100 sure if I have followed the whole story correctly, but could you please clarify.

You deposited 1,950 over 2 days and just before (or during) that time a friend sent you 1k.  Correct ?

simple question - if your friend had not sent you that 1k could you have made those deposits (I.e was the balance of the account used to deposit on 29th & 30th above 1,950 without his 1,000 ?) and therefore should still have had a balance of 1k+ after those deposits ?

Ps. It is of no relevance if you had money elsewhere in other accounts, only if the account in question could have funded those deposits without his money).

I am a lawyer and get involved quite a lot in money laundering issues etc and so the above would be useful to know to see if I can help at all.
