All these people returning from Spain moaning as they have to quarantine.

Is this just me but tough. Why anyone would want to travel abroad at the moment is beyond me

Must admit I thought these people desperate to get away were crazy, wear a face burka, no live entertainment, the joy sucked out of absolutely everything, no idea if the second wave narrative and more lockdowns and quarantines are going to be put into play or what travel company is going to go bust next, - why bother?

I’m A bit gutted I’ve never seen someone like this, walking about wearing Nazi clothing. Be nice to be able to punch the head clean off someone and feel absolutely no remorse or shame for your actions.

They are reopening England casinos on 1st August - Source

Would any of you visit the casinos when they are open? In my country everything is working and I played some blackjack the last weekend but it didn't felt right. The energy is kind of different in the casino right now.

Chaos as restrictions will not be lifted tomorrow as previously planned.

Feel for the people who have weddings planned for tomorrow and businesses with full bookings which will have to be cancelled with only hours notice

Depends on if they get their money back. Cost my sister a fair amount to postpone hers until next year. But it means they’re not parting with 50 grand until next year. I told the stupid fuckers to get married in Vegas last year. 😂

Just spoken to my brother who's father in law is a doctor. They are already seeing an uptick in hospital admissions and are preparing for similar scenes seen in April.

It's all the social distancing that went out of the window. We had packed beaches, packed beauty spots and all the BLM gatherings. All of them shouldn't have been allowed to happen in the middle of a killer pandemic regardless of how important they are

Some people are selfish David. My auntie died during lockdown and I've been caring for 2 people who were shielding and trying to keep people in a job.

When I see this shit it makes me so angry

Sorry to hear that mate. I don't know what goes through peoples minds who ignore the situation. How would they feel if they passed it on to an elderly relative through their selfishness.

Everyone should pull together in the same direction, but it's never going to happen. You always get certain people who think they know better.

It's just a horrendous situation and I hope for everyone's sake it doesn't get back to how it was before.

Been on some terrible luck with sickness/death in the immediate family over the past couple years- was up royal London hospital at 4am this morning with the police knocking on my door and taking me there. Obviously very upset personally but seeing the care and hard work the front line staff put in makes me extremely proud... hoping for the best for my brother who had a terrible car accident last night but a massive thanks to the NHS

Sorry to hear that mate, hope he pulls through. Hate those early morning out of the blue phone calls, or a knock at the door. We are very fortunate to have our NHS thats for sure.
