I quit smoking 12 years ago and in the beginning I was snacking like fuck and put on a few pounds. Best way to lose is go running (you may have mentioned before you do this anyway) I went for a 7 mile run this afternoon and burnt off over a 1000 calories, its the best way to lose it imo. I did start running but work has been all over the place lately and with it being winter I've become a bit lazy but I need to start back again. Plenty of exercise is my way mate. I must walk 5 miles a day. Play sports be active. People analyse diets where there is no need. Just do the right things and the weight will come off.
