Me vs diet

@Miller26 you mentioned you have quit smoking, thats great. Putting on abit of weight whilst stoppping is very normal. I quit smoking 12 years ago and in the beginning I was snacking like fuck and put on a few pounds. 

Best way to lose is go running (you may have mentioned before you do this anyway) I went for a 7 mile run this afternoon and burnt off over a 1000 calories, its the best way to lose it imo.

I did start running but work has been all over the place lately and with it being winter I've become a bit lazy but I need to start back again. 

To be fair I average about 15000 steps per day so its not like Im sitting in my pants all day ?

Im about a stone overweight myself at the moment, I’ll blqme winter though (even though I was still a stone over in summer) I don’t think I’ve ever been 9 stone right enough haha. ? I need to aim to get back to about 15ish

Thing is that you probably look better being 15 stone than me being 13 1/2 stone mate. We all get lazy over winter don't we.

Ha thats a good average.

Get back on it mate, a half hr run 3 days a week the weight will help massively.

I smoked about 20 a day mate as well. Never thought I'd give up but it's honestly the best thing I ever did.

Aye, I need to do it too! I managed for a week once, then I went back to work, I was smoking within 30 minutes. Instant rage at colleagues causes fags to be purchased.

Have you tried a vape pen? 

I used one and still do now and again. They aren't like them massive bongs what some carry around and a very similar to smoking

Aye, I was on 24mg liquid, but it was no use if I had a drink... and I drink far too much.

Don't want to state the obvious but lots of fruit veg and fish. Still have your treats but moderation is the key. Plenty of exercise is my way mate. I must walk 5 miles a day. Play sports be active. People analyse diets where there is no need. Just do the right things and the weight will come off.
