You, David, Centi and  Kev are shining examples of how to be strong and fight gambling @Antonin and a lesson to others who seek help. Amazing! so proud.

One question...when would you say is the hardest time when you give up?. The first week?  month?  or its always difficult and its a constant battle? Thanks and all the best for the future.

I agree with you @Kev40.... @Antonin certainly is an inspiration, you all are, always a huge support for one another which I would imagine goes along way in helping you get through the difficult days, in fact all the days.

You are all equally amazing, keep it up.

And I know the support would be here for anyone who needed/wanted it too.

The hardest time for me, it's when I thought I was cured (around 5,6 months)

Basically, you need to keep vigilant the first few months and never ever get complacent

After 10 months, I don't have anymore urge to gamble. I really feel like a non-gambler even though I will always be a compulsive gambler

Life does get better when you don't gamble and that's the truth

Now, I'd rather to watch someone gamble. I don't want to gamble anymore.

I look upon compulsive gamblers not with envy but with genuine pity

I can not handle the stress of gambling anymore

I didn't realize the risks I was taking

But it is what it is, I can see clearly now!

2 days gamble free ?

Good start. If you are willing to put your life back on track, you can do it.

Never give up. It's possible. It's not going to be easy but there is a light at the end.

Hell does have an exit, and you can find it. I left the door open and I'll be waiting for whoever wants to come and grow with me.
