Was 800€ up and then AS USUAL blew the fudging lot!!!! Can not stop myself, fudge me. 800€ it is like PEANUTS or what for me ? I am doing everything i can but i relapse everytime. Do not want to do that anymore.... I said to myself to stop after this win and after and after... but noooo... i never stop. I know you said your father was going to look after your money so maybe the only option for you if it is possible is to have your money paid into your father's account. When you are going to gamble and about to deposit just take a step back and go and do something else for 10 minutes and think hard about what you are about to do. It is the day. Hi kid, first thing to do is not beat yourself up about it. You've gambled and lost but still have enough to get through til payday so give your dad your bank card. David is right, when you get the urge just stop and go do something else, it can be anything - go for a coffee and a slice of cake, for for a run, anything which stops you from giving in. If your anything like most people you just need to distract yourself for a few minutes until the urge passes. You are young and have your whole life ahead of you. Speak to your father who is, aware of your situation. You need people around you who understand and will help you. Keep your chin up.
