For faith you need to walk , to get outside into nature and avoid too many electronic devices, which every one appears to be hooked on at the moment. I have no doubts you will succeed , if you take this advice. For the ups and downs can be severe from time to time and the above wisdom is the only solution that will work. As I've said recently, I can say with confidence : That's me done, I'll never gamble again. I've learned! I realized that I no longer need to be a slave to gambling. I enjoy the life more. I'm able to deal better with everything. I won't go through some terrible trauma anymore in order to escape. I'm a happy non-gambler.
