Thanks mate. Appreciate it. What do you mean by "better achievement than last time" ?

You've come back from a small lapse and that to me takes greater strength than just stopping for good. That's a true test of will power which you have come through remarkably.

I'm felling very good these days

I'm pretty confident I won't gamble in 2020 and hopelly for the rest of my life

That's all you can do mate, stay determined. I'm confident you won't fall off the wagon again as you now know the feeling.

Confidence relies upon Faith and strength, so eat well , sleep well, and relax and your mind will become strong.

For faith you need to walk , to get outside into nature and avoid too many electronic devices, which every one appears to be hooked on at the moment.

I have no doubts you will succeed , if you take this advice.  For the ups and downs can be severe from time to time and the above wisdom is the only solution that will work.

I haven't gambled for 134 days

The Gambling days are definitely over!! I'm going on my way!!

As I've said recently, I can say with confidence : That's me done, I'll never gamble again.

I've learned! I realized that I no longer need to be a slave to gambling.

I enjoy the life more. I'm able to deal better with everything.

I won't go through some terrible trauma anymore in order to escape. I'm a happy non-gambler.

When I look back at my gambling days, I can rejoice my newfound freedom.

It's worth it if you want to be free!

Massive respect @Antonin. It would have been so easy after your small lapse to say sod it and carry on gambling.

We both know we can never gamble again if we are to stay on the right path.

Masive Respect to you too mate. I wish you well. That's amazing what you've done so far. Hats off!
