Your letting the side down lad, we have the highest rate of heart disease in the UK and we need to keep on top of the leaderboard. I sincerely hope you bought oil for the chip pan to fry all that fresh fruit you bought!

If it wasn't for the junkies we would be well clear in the average weight department. An waiting to here back from Holyrood about my idea of deep fried heroin. Will keep you posted.

@Bangers Good decision.

1. Walking

2. Eating fruit

3. Sleeping and resting more.

4. Having days off from Gambling.

5. Learn to relax, and let your mind be free of thoughts.

6. Water, still or sparkling  .... throughout each day.

7. Less screen time.... reduce by 50% your time on media.

8 find a hobby that both you and your partner can share......

This is the first step to being free of commitments that are unnecessary.

and Fish and Chips once a week is essential !!!

Biggest change I made was to not eat after 6pm. Weight drops off then.

Probably like many on this site I've tried many times to quit but things just get the better of me and I fall back into my same old ways, I guess since Christmas I've just been kidding myself and in the last few weeks things have just all got out of control again and I just can't stop but I've always been one of those people that MUST REPAIR this situation on my own without help or counselling.

I've lost count how many times I've stood in the shop and the voices ask me...................What the hell are you doing here ?

Today for some reason has been the breaking point and I'm having another go at giving up Chocolate and Doughnuts,  these sugary treats  all catch up with us in the end and today I'm fighting back. I visited a well known Supermarket today and I point blank refused to visit the treat sections and returned home with a few bags full of healthy food products, various juices and Veg along with fruit in an attempt to put some health products into my body.

It will be tough as I'm banned from my local fruit and veg store as i chased a junkie into the shop last November when i caught him attempting to nick my bike, I do have a pal who has said anytime I need any fruit & veg to just text him and he will pick up what i need so that is very handy plus some of the local supermarkets do all have a very good selection.

I can do this guys

All I've had today is healthy food So I'm classing today as Day 1

.

Today was a good start and with good determination I can fight my battle with those Chocolate sticky treats

GTFIT  Now stands for Get The Fruit in There

Thanks for the TGC Support

You must walk before you can run.  Weight is nowhere near the problem. It is the mindset.  Positive outlook is paramount.

I eat 6 hours before I go to bed.
