Nicola has agreed to lodge a complaint against a Curacao based casino which I won £100 from who never paid, they pay no-one and shouldn't be accepting us brits as players. I want to lose this appeal as I intend use the response/dialogue to ward away any other gambler who intends to take a chance with these rogues. I hope to communicate with the owners/moderators at both TGC and BIAM in pinning a post within their forums to warn anybody of making any form of deposit. More needs to be done about these rotten curaçao casinos. I’d be well up for signing some sort of petition if you start one . Whilst TGC and BIAM continue to grab each other by the throats I am looking at the bigger picture and want to attack the fuckers that give us "the gamblers" sleepless nights. There is so much malpractice and bending the rules within the industry that we should be questioning on a daily basis. There is a fair few smart folk on this forum who are both intelligent and articulate, stop pointing the pistols at each other and question UKGC on why there are a handful of casinos that continue to fly "under the radar". I almost fell off my chair last week when I learned that casinos were offering streamers play money to hook victims. Yet we bitch at each other. I ended up taking their resistance as a 'well, it's my fault I guess' when I know in reality it is THEIR fault. Cliff notes: I put a deposit limit in place as I can be a bit naughty sometimes.....but that is what responsible gambling controls are there for, right? So after spunking about £2k in one session I decided to put in a deposit limit of £200 a day or something (can't remember exact details as I ended up self excluding because of it). To cut a long story short, and I might have out dig my email from them out to prove, but they said that the deposit limit I set was only applicable from the day FOLLOWING my request or something. I can't remember as I tried to erase it from my head, but basically, as soon as you enter a daily deposit limit, it should take it from that precise SECOND, surely ? Not allow you to continue to deposit, of which I did once I asked them to set my limit to £200, and I ended up depositing and losing about £3.7k that day.
