Jok3st3r
The casino I play at had been trying to get in touch for the last couple of weeks due to the "changes which have been implemented by our industry regulator, The Gambling Commission, means that we’re now required to complete this process" Basically they want the whole employment shit, I decided I would not be going into any of this with them even if it meant they would close my account. (This is currently the only place I am verified at) so I just ignored their requests, which incidentally they could only do over the phone! Received an email yesterday saying they would try to complete this based on the information they have from when I registered with them. Received another email saying a temporary deposit limit as now been applied until I can complete their additional verification process. I asked what the limit was...... 2k per month!!!!!!!!!! How the fuck they came to this figure is mind boggling. 1 3
1pstaker
I'm glad im out of it all now, the stuff that gets asked for is getting out of hand. No passport and no driving licence is perfect for me as although degen, im not daft enough to deposit without assurances I will be paid. You must be on some wage for them to apply a 2k limit!!!

I think you're best off out of it.... The 2k is not realistic for me, and for them to do this isn't following their almighty rules imo! I had a £50 weekly deposit limit on there and now they've done this. Madness! 1
Guest Chair Slots
I've signed up to a few sites since this supposed pre-KYC check rule was implemented on the 7th of May, and not one of them has asked me for documents before I deposited. Are we sure this actually came into force or did we just dream it?

Edit: Although they emailed me 2k limit the £50 is still in place! Ahem!

So they are preferring to pay an agency rather than ask you to submit everything before depositing and potentially run the risk of losing you? That does make sense, however, if they are performing a credit check that leave a negative mark on your credit score, presumably they would have to tell you...? I've seen credit checks from gambling sites on my report in the past but they haven't left a footprint.

I’m self excluded for 5 years through gamstop mate but I’ve had 3 credit checks in the past month which has affected my credit score but only slightly one one credit agency. It’s pretty annoying as it stays on for 2 years , especially when I can’t even play anywhere.
crazyrightmeow
Use Skrill or similar online banks so you dont need credit cards and all the other bullshit and there wont be any problems with credit scores.

I'm gonna have a look at changing limits to see what happens!
