It looks like the individual numbers are set to recieve the ball and others reject the ball .... and it changes every spin. We both know a roulette ball will only act like it does in the clip spins is from interference, and we both know you'd never witness a ball act like that in a walk in Casino, all these ''odd spins'' are from online and it's almost impossible to prove it's rigged.
